Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Maylen. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I support people working through anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, women's issues, and cultural or ethnic identity concerns. I also work with older adults navigating life transitions and couples who want to feel more connected, understood, and supported. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what feels heavy, uncertain, or stuck.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. My style is compassionate and collaborative, and I work alongside you to better understand what you're experiencing while building practical tools for change. Together, we can create a path forward that feels steady and realistic.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
