Great to meet you!

I'm a skilled and compassionate Spanish bilingual psychotherapist, who has dedicated over 15 years to helping youth and adults overcome their mental health challenges. With a wealth of experience in the field, I'm equipped to provide effective therapy to individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I also have a passion for writing immigration evaluations, which requires a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by individuals who have immigrated to the U.S.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I value each person's unique journey and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for my clients to explore their emotions and heal from their past experiences. Some of the techniques and interventions that I may incorporate into therapy sessions include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation.

What you can expect from our first session

Throughout the therapy process, I encourage clients to take an active role in their own healing and growth. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives outside of our sessions. Ultimately, the goal of therapy is to help clients achieve a greater sense of fulfillment, joy, and meaning in their lives.
