Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist based in Florida who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and relationship challenges. I have experience working with individuals with ADHD and autism, particularly those diagnosed later in life who are making sense of their experiences. My work focuses on helping clients build clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives. I take an affirming, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to grow without feeling judged or pathologized.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, especially those related to anxiety, depression, and rumination. I also incorporate mindfulness-based strategies to help you stay present and develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions. A key part of my work involves exploring your values and sense of purpose, so we’re not just reducing symptoms but building a life that feels meaningful to you. I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach, working with your brain rather than against it. Sessions are practical, collaborative, and focused on giving you tools you can use in your everyday life while also making space for deeper reflection when needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask some structured questions, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once; we go at your pace. Together, we’ll start identifying initial goals and areas of focus so therapy feels intentional from the start. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to filter yourself. By the end of the session, most clients leave with a clearer sense of direction and at least one practical takeaway.
