Mayra Alejandra Ramirez-Zendejas

Hello my name is Mayra Ramirez-Zendejas, I am a bilingual Marriage and Family therapist who provides therapy in English and Spanish. I have a passion for helping people create happy and fulfilling lives and enjoy helping people create positive relationships with themselves and others. I also enjoy helping people navigate daily stressors and life transitions.

I establish with clients goals for therapy created together and utilize different methods and techniques tailored to their needs. I encourage clients to practice skills learned in therapy and like to empower clients.

During sessions clients have a safe place to express their thoughts and feelings. Clients can also learn some tools to help them navigate stressors and help them cope.
