Great to meet you!

I aim to establish warm, collaborative therapeutic relationships with my clients. It is important to me to create a comfortable and safe environment for each client or family. I strive to empower my clients to use their own strengths and individualized capabilities to reach their goals and find balance. I deem it important to consider individuals to be part of a family unit when working with families. I think it's beneficial to remain creative with each person/family.

My approach to therapy

I have the most experience with young adults and women and men. I focus on relationships, bereavement/loss, anxiety, trauma, new parents, attachment/bonding, domestic violence, career/life transitions, and mindfulness. Additionally, I have experience with anxiety, depression, body image issues, eating disorders/disordered eating. and anger management.
