Great to meet you!

As a first-generation Latina and the first in my family to graduate college and earn a professional degree, I understand what it means to overcome barriers, feel pressure to succeed, and navigate two different worlds. I’m a relatable, down-to-earth, driven therapist who brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to our work together. My passion lies in supporting young women—especially college students and first-generation individuals—who are facing transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.

Whether you're adjusting to life on campus, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or struggling to find your place, I offer a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I lead with empathy, honesty, and a deep belief in your potential. I’m a good listener who shows up fully—invested in your growth and committed to helping you build a life that feels whole and aligned with your values. I use culturally responsive, evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based work, always tailored to your unique story and goals.
