Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (NY). I have 16 years of clinical experience in working with different populations. I am a strong advocate for marginalized communities (BIPOC & LGBTQIA+). As part of the Latinx community, it is important to break mental health stigmas and multi-generational trauma. When words are not enough, art therapy can be the tool for self-expression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is tailored to each individual's needs. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, parental stress, grief & loss, culture and identity exploration, LGBTQA & non-binary communities and family issues. I use creative arts therapy, psychotherapy, and other personalized approaches that will help us get to where you want to be.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect individualized care within a safe space. Sessions are a time to process big life decisions as well as manage the day-to-day. Clients gain insight into their own communication styles which lead to deeper connections and empowerment in all types of relationships.
