Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome. I am a Latina therapist who is passionate about supporting adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) and my Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach (CSULB). I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, family systems, and workplace mental health. I have been a clinician working in community and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person's story is unique and matters, so I focus on listening with curiosity and compassion to truly understand your experiences and perspective. Together, we will work to build practical skills and leverage tools that help you navigate life challenges, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to begin to understand and explore your story, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. During the first session we will explore symptoms and behaviors that impairing you. I understand that opening up to a clinician can feel uncomfortable, however, my goal is to create a safe, respectful environment where you feel seen, heard, and comfortable being vulnerable at your own pace.
