Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, low self-esteem and relationship challenges causing distress. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to identify and explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and experiences. You will be seen and heard in a way that will enable you to progress on your path toward healing.

My approach to therapy

Identifying and exploring thoughts, feelings and experiences that you have had and currently have can help pave the way to develop awareness and begin to work toward life-long healing and change. Feeling understood and supported throughout this process allows you to feel safe being vulnerable and honest about the pain you may be experiencing, the thoughts and feelings you may be having and what you need right now. Exploring your past experiences and the ways in which your past influences your present life provides the opportunity to change the outcome of your future to begin to live the life you desire and deserve.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what prompted you to reach out for support. I hope to create a warm and trusting counseling relationship where clients feel safe to honestly share their internal and external struggles, and to seek a more peaceful future.
