Great to meet you!

I’m Mayra (She/Ella), a bilingual first and a half generation Latina and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am dedicated to helping adults break cycles and patterns to heal and live the fulfilling life they have envisioned.

I work from a trauma informed and social justice informed framework, striving to offer a space full of empathy, kindness and authenticity to reach your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Anchored in collaboration, empowerment, empathy, and anti-oppressive practices, my approach provides a warm place to process difficult aspects of your life. I focus on a range of mental health topics including trauma, anxiety, depression, relational dynamics, gender identity and first-get issues. I specialize in racial and gender identity development, family dynamics and intergenerational trauma related to Latinx, first- gen, multicultural, and LGBTQ+ communities.
