Mayra Reyes

My name is Mayra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Board-Approved Supervisor in Texas. I am very passionate about sharing with others on the importance of self-care and encouraging others to take time for their wellness. As part of my self-care I listen to music, watch Romantic-Comedy movies, go to the park for a walk or bike trail, and use my spinning bike.

I focus on the client's needs and assess their strengths. Overall, I show my clients how to find themselves and learn to reframe their thinking.
