Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual therapist — I work in both English and Spanish — and that matters more than it might sound. Language shapes how we express emotion, process pain, and feel safe. Whether you're most yourself in English, Spanish, or a mix of both, you'll be understood here.

I work with adults, teens, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship stress, and life transitions. I specialize in working with women and with people who are dealing with the particular weight that comes from juggling cultural expectations, family dynamics, and their own sense of identity.

I accept major insurance including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Cigna.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and genuinely tailored to you — not a template. I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based techniques to help clients understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck, build practical coping tools, and work through the deeper experiences that drive those patterns.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Sessions move at your pace, and we adjust as we learn what's actually working. I tend to be direct but warm — I'll challenge you when it's helpful, and I'll always do it with care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask some questions to understand what's been going on and what you're hoping to change — but mostly I want to hear from you in your own words, on your own terms.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer picture of what therapy with me looks like and whether it feels like a good fit. We'll start to sketch out your goals together. Most clients leave feeling like they've finally said out loud the thing they've been carrying quietly — and that alone can feel like relief.
