Great to meet you!

My professional experience includes supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, and chronic stress. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, highly sensitive people, immigrants, and clients facing complex emotional or social circumstances. I strive to provide a compassionate and culturally responsive space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with existential and depth-oriented perspectives. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, past experiences, relationships, and behavioral patterns may be influencing the present. I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, establish healthier boundaries, and gain greater self-awareness. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms, but also to support them in understanding themselves more deeply and creating a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at a pace that feels comfortable. We will discuss what brought them to therapy, relevant personal history, current challenges, strengths, support systems, and what they hope to accomplish through treatment. Together, we will begin identifying therapeutic goals and developing an individualized plan that reflects their needs and priorities. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, learn more about the therapeutic process, and determine whether we are a good fit for working together.
