Great to meet you!

I have worked with different populations in challenging settings including shelters, detention centers, and hospitals. I look forward to working together to face your challenges and help you achieve the goals you envision for yourself. Call or message me at this number for any questions 512-823-0315.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling involves working together in a supportive and non-judgemental environment to help you process your thoughts, meet your goals, and develop the skills you need to take control and be content with your life. I have worked with children, teens, and adults and use different approaches to figure out what is best for you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be helpful to gain new perspectives and insight to your thoughts and behaviors. We aren't often taught healthy ways to cope with life's challenges, and I can provide a safe space to work through trauma, relationships, anxiety, negative thinking patterns, and other obstacles.
