Great to meet you!

I am here to help you navigate and guide your self growth. I believe in doing this with compassion and care, without sacrificing the honesty needed for your growth. This means being an attentive, none judgmental listener, a challenger and a teacher of developing skills.

My concentrations include anxiety, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, grief, depression, family relationships, friendships, building self-esteem, self-care, balancing personal & professional life.

Telehealth only with adults and seniors.

My approach to therapy

You are here to make a change or several changes. I would like to help you embark on this journey of change by:

1) Examining and analyzing how you got here (You share your story, and we establish connections from the past and how it impacts your present)

2) What specific changes need to be made (Creating goals and treatment plan)

3) Providing psychoeducation and teaching skills to incorporate those changes.

What you can expect from me

You will learn how to prioritize, to protect your peace.

An important lesson that all Client's take away from sessions: CHANGE TAKES TIME and it's ok for it to take time.

Change is achievable by doing the work with help and motivation, which are some core focuses of sessions.
