Great to meet you!

We all experience challenges in our lives. Navigating those challenges requires skills that we’re not societally trained to acquire. Together we can go on a journey of self-other discovery and build up a solid skill set that helps you traverse through the ebbs and flows of day to day existence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is flexible, client centered, and utilizes mindfulness-based interventions at every point of the journey towards healing. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each specific client. Tenets of CBT, DBT, & solution focused approaches are always incorporated. The depth oriented approaches, such as psychoanalysis, are also integrated to facilitate transformative therapeutic engagements.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to learn new coping skills to better regulate their emotions. In addition, clients will develop greater insight into their behavior and modify their patterns as they see fit.
