I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the state of Maryland. I am passionate about helping people overcome mental health challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Elizabeth offers comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of persons with various mental health disorders, such as bipolar, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

She provides psychiatry evaluation and medication management for children and adults using a holistic and empathetic approach.

What you can expect from our first session

After the 15-minute consultation/ introduction, you will be scheduled for a one-hour appointment where Dr. Elizabeth will get your health/ family history and current difficulties. Together, both of you will come up with a treatment plan. The goal of treatment is to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve overall well-being.
