Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for 4 years as a therapist and have training specialized in numerous modalities as well as instincts both innate and developed through both short course and long term work with patients of diverse conditions and contexts. I intend to integrate both fundamental skills well-known and a keen interpersonal instinct to assist patients with long term treatment goals and address the real time reactions and responses that come up in our collaboration.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic identity is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with an emphasis on understanding each client’s unique story, inner experiences, relationships, and patterns. I also integrate Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), interpersonal approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based techniques as fundamental clinical skills. I tailor treatment to each individual, drawing from multiple modalities to support meaningful insight, emotional regulation, healing, and lasting personal growth. My goal is to create a collaborative, compassionate space where clients can better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will explore a big picture of what you will want to work on in relation to your background and context you are bringing with you. Along with building rapport and allowing for building the vital interpersonal connection, we will gather a sound blueprint of how we will approach our work together as well as go over any relevant history and anything specific you would prefer I know early on. Expect to leave that first session with a firmer grasp, a bit of clarity, even a new understanding.
