Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping women navigate some of life’s most challenging seasons. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, but my primary focus is supporting women ages 15–35 as they move through relationship challenges, heal from past trauma, and find hope in the midst of anxiety, depression, and the unique transitions of motherhood.

Whether you’re processing heartbreak, struggling to manage the demands of parenting, or simply longing to feel more grounded and connected to yourself, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your story, gain clarity, and begin to experience lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and holistic, meaning I view each client as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. Through a trauma-informed lens, I help identify negative patterns and gently guide clients in replacing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors with healthier ones, empowering them to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on listening—getting to know your story, understanding who you are as a person, and exploring what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.

As we continue our work, sessions will be tailored to your unique personality and needs. We’ll explore patterns, uncover the roots of what’s holding you back, and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. My goal is to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
