Great to meet you!

I strive to create a supportive, approachable, and nonjudgmental space where teens and young adults feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that transitions such as starting college, entering adulthood, navigating relationships, career stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed can be challenging. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered while building practical coping skills, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves as they navigate life’s transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood while developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional wellness, and building confidence through life’s challenges and transitions.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches, while also incorporating techniques from DBT skills, attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), strength-based therapy, and Gottman-informed skills when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where you can share at your own pace without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
