Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with people of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where you or your child can feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. We will take time to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your concerns and strengths, and identify goals for treatment. You can expect to leave the first session with a better understanding of the therapeutic process, clear goals, and a sense of hope for moving forward.
