Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist, fluent in both English and Spanish, and finished my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2020. I have been trained in EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Trauma Focused CBT and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether you're looking for a safe place to land or are ready to set goals and track your progress, I'm ready to support you every step of the way. I will guide you through the process of understanding and releasing the pain holding you back. We will begin to shift core beliefs and release what no longer serves you.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we can help you build the life you want by understanding the root causes of your pain which will help you to feel lighter and more connected to yourself. Starting therapy is a courageous decision and you deserve to feel supported as you work through your challenges. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to help.
