Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a background in both medical and community mental health. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and without the pressure to have it all figured out. I value creating a space where all parts of you are welcome and honored.

My approach to therapy

My role is to create a space where it feels easy to be yourself. When you feel safe and supported you can explore emotions, patterns, and choices with more clarity and compassion.

I use an integrative approach grounded in somatic-based tools, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing to help you understand what your body, relationships, and values are telling you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll work together to find what feels helpful, doable, and right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel seen, supported, and met with curiosity. Our sessions may help you build more awareness, regulate emotions, understand patterns, and feel more connected to yourself. Over time, many clients say they leave with greater clarity, self-trust, and tools they can actually use in daily life.
