Great to meet you!

I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, depression, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I believe healing happens through collaboration, curiosity, and self-compassion, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and draw from evidence-based modalities. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building practical skills to help you manage life's challenges. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself, build resilience, and create lasting change that aligns with your values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll spend time learning about your story, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll discuss your current challenges, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come in—I don't expect that. My priority is helping you feel safe, supported, and understood while we begin building a plan that fits your needs and sets the foundation for meaningful progress.
