Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy looking put-together on the outside while quietly carrying something heavy on the inside. They're adolescents, young adults, adults, parents, caregivers, and helping professionals. They're people who have spent so much time holding everyone else up that they've had little left for themselves. They often tell me things like "I'm tired of carrying everything by myself," "I feel like I'm just surviving instead of living," or "Everyone depends on me, but I don't have anyone to lean on." If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I have a particular passion for working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those who have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or hesitant to seek help because of stigma or past experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through trust and practical support. Together, we'll work to untangle what's keeping you stuck — whether that's unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, or simply the weight of a life that's outpaced you. I won't tell you how to live your life. I'll walk alongside you, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you as you build greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and the coping tools to move from surviving to actually living.

What you can expect from me

If you've been on the fence about reaching out, I want you to know: you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Reaching out isn't a sign that something is wrong with you, rather it's a decision to invest in yourself. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if we're a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
