Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard without judgment, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel more confident moving forward.

Whether you’re struggling with something that happened recently or carrying experiences from the past, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all experience. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward realistic changes that fit your life. I’ll provide support and guidance while also giving you practical tools you can use between sessions.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without having to pretend that everything is okay.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and genuinely work to understand your experience. We’ll move at a pace that feels appropriate for you while keeping therapy focused on helping you make meaningful progress.

My hope is that you leave therapy with more than just a conversation—you’ll have a better understanding of yourself, practical strategies for managing difficult emotions and situations, and greater confidence in your ability to handle what comes next.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just have to be willing to take the first step.
