Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in understanding who you are as a whole person. Everyone comes to therapy with their own story, background, and way of communicating, and I take time to really get to know each client as an individual. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing openly, and feeling genuinely heard and supported as we work through what brought you to therapy.

I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I’ve been working as a therapist since 2015 and independently licensed since 2018. I primarily work with adults (18+) and support individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, brief grief experiences, life transitions, and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, flexible, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — instead, we work together to shape therapy around your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful for you.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore what’s been weighing on you, better understand where those challenges come from, and develop practical tools to support meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative process: we’ll work side by side to identify patterns, navigate life transitions, and build skills that support your emotional well-being. As your needs shift, therapy can shift too — flexibility is an important part of my work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, low-pressure way. We’ll have a thoughtful conversation focused on what’s been most challenging for you and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll listen closely, ask questions, and make sure I understand your experiences, concerns, and goals.

We’ll also talk about what has or hasn’t been helpful for you in the past and what you’d like to see change moving forward. By the end of the session, we’ll begin outlining next steps together and check in about how the fit feels for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about where we’re headed next.
