Great to meet you!

I graduated from Richmont Graduate University with my master's in mental health counseling and certificates in Child and Adolescent Mental Health as well as Christian Sex Therapy. I'm trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and have completed Postpartum Support International's Perinatal Mental Health Training. I also have extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating anxiety disorders and OCD.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling from a strengths-based perspective, which means I believe you already have what you need, you may just need some help finding it and drawing it out. You are the expert on your own life, and I want to come alongside you to help you build a meaningful, fulfilling one.

What you can expect from me

You will leave sessions feeling heard and with practical tools you can use from managing your anxiety to healthier interpersonal relationships.
