Meagan Gillespie

I’m Meagan Gillespie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Tampa, FL, originally from Brooklyn, NY. I’m the founder of MMG Marriage and Family Therapy Services Inc., trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and serve as the DEI Chair for the EFT Tampa Bay Community. For over 10 years, I’ve been passionate about fostering healthy relationships. I guide couples in rewriting their love story—free from past wounds and grounded in resilience. My work focuses on helping couples understand their relationship dynamics, develop conflict resolution skills, and move toward restoration. Beyond couples work, I also have a passion for empowering athletes, adults, and families to reach their full potential.

I have a collaborative approach to therapy that allows clients to have an active role in their treatment. I ensure we are addressing the needs that are most pressing to you.

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING SELF-PAY COUPLES ONLY; INSURANCE IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR COUPLES AT THIS TIME.

Through our work together, clients have a deeper understanding of underlying contributing factors to their problems. Most clients gain clarity on their wants and needs while obtaining skills to manage their challenges.
