Great to meet you!

Life comes with its fair share of challenges, while also containing moments of joy and humor - I welcome all of these elements into my work as a therapist. Through an authentic, supportive, and collaborative relationship, I partner with my clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings, values, and create meaning out of their life experiences. Above all else, I strive to create a genuine connection with my clients built on a foundation of care, trust, and support.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients across a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, family / relationship / social challenges, phase of life issues, career and/or life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is primarily to get to know you a bit better - what challenges you're currently facing/have faced, your strengths/interests, and your hopes for the future.
