Great to meet you!

Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds a lot of joy in creativity and growth. I love sewing and making art, and I’m especially drawn to the process of creating something meaningful with my hands. I also enjoy gardening, which has taught me a lot about patience, care, and the importance of nurturing things over time—values that naturally carry into my work as a therapist.

I genuinely love the work I do and feel honored to be part of my clients’ journeys. Building a trusting relationship and creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood is incredibly important to me. I find deep meaning in walking alongside clients as they explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward the life they want to create.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered lens, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, empowering spaces. As a female-driven therapist, I am especially attuned to the unique challenges women and marginalized communities face, including navigating identity, relationships, societal expectations, and systemic barriers.

My work is rooted in inclusivity, cultural humility, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of mental health, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued—where they can explore their stories without judgment and build tools for resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we move at your pace, honoring your strengths while gently working through the patterns or experiences that may be holding you back. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your voice, reclaiming your power, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. I understand that starting therapy can feel both hopeful and a little nerve-wracking, so we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll spend some time talking about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like support with, and any goals you may have. I may ask questions about your background, relationships, and current experiences to better understand the full picture of your life—but there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.

I’ll also share a bit about how I work and answer any questions you have about the therapy process. Most importantly, this first session is about building a foundation of trust and making sure you feel heard, respected, and supported. From there, we can begin shaping a path forward together that feels meaningful and aligned with your needs.
