I offer a supportive environment where you can process without having to worry about being judged. I work with adolescents and adults with varies reasons for entering therapy and assist with developing skills to be able to identify issues and learn interventions to overcome them.

I offer a stress-free environment where you can open up without fear of judgement. Goals are directed by what you would like to work towards, however I can offer support and guidance with goal setting if needed.
