Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas and a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, offering a unique and holistic approach to healing. I also have a background as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, which allows me to incorporate a variety of tools and modalities into our work together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, and I work collaboratively with you to set goals, identify obstacles, and implement strategies for growth. Whether you're struggling with motivation or seeking to build confidence, I am here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. During our sessions, I will actively listen, provide a nonjudgmental space, and adapt our treatment plan to fit your unique needs. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns and create lasting behavior changes. From there, we will set actionable goals, track progress, and adapt as needed. My goal is to empower you to take control of your life, making space for healing, growth, and positive change.
