Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meagan — a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.

I provide medication management along with supportive, therapeutic check-ins to help guide you through your healing process. When appropriate, I collaborate with you to connect with a therapist for deeper weekly therapy while we continue working together on your treatment plan.

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I value genuine connection and believe healing happens best in a safe, respectful space where you feel truly heard.

I also offer Christian-integrated counseling upon request.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person, collaborative approach that integrates medication management with practical tools for emotional wellness. Treatment may include support around sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, and coping strategies tailored to your goals. I meet clients where they are and move at their pace, helping build resilience, clarity, and confidence over time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about what brought you in and what you’d like to work on. We’ll talk through your history, current concerns, and goals so we can begin creating a personalized treatment plan together. This may include discussing lifestyle strategies, therapeutic tools, and whether medication might be helpful. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and clearer about your path forward — and knowing you don’t have to go through this alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
