Great to meet you!

Having the opportunity to witness individuals and families grow and change in the therapy process is the gift of doing this work. My mission is to assist clients in finding self-acceptance and self-compassion through the use of a strength based eclectic approach which I find often elicits the most change. My goal is to honor the client’s process and work to assist the individual in use of modalities and skills that will foster change in a meaningful lasting way.

My approach to therapy

I have training in numerous modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Trauma informed care, Internal Family Systems and polyvagal theory, somatic healing techniques and 12-Step recovery and the incorporation of spirituality in the therapy process if client is comfortable with this.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families and have experience with treating various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, eating disorders and substance use disorders and other addiction disorders.
