Great to meet you!

If you're feeling tired, stuck, or unfulfilled, you're not alone. Life’s demands can make relief feel distant. Yet, even amidst these challenges, I believe each person has the inner guidance and resilience to restore their sense of agency. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore that wisdom, discover what you need, and learn tools to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, accepting space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we may work on managing depression, chronic stress, life transitions and questions around self, identity and purpose. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and practical, giving you tools to cope, while honoring your values and perspective.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you here, what’s most important for you, and what goals you’d like to work toward. My hope is that you leave with a sense of being heard and supported, as well as with clarity about how we can navigate this process together.
