Great to meet you!

Hi there, and congratulations on taking the first step toward caring for yourself and addressing the things that may be keeping you feeling stuck or unhappy.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have seen firsthand how resilient people can be when they are given the right support, tools, and space to heal.

Seeking therapy takes courage. I look forward to partnering with you to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Once we decide to work together, we’ll partner in creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. I want you to feel understood but will also gently challenge you when needed. I will support you as you build insight, develop new tools and move toward being the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is your opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing the challenges you’re facing, as well as the strengths you already bring into the room.

Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and outline a direction for our work. This initial meeting is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether you feel comfortable moving forward. A strong therapeutic relationship is important, and I want you to feel confident in the process.
