Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW who has training and education in a variety of modalities that range from traditional (CBT, DBT) to holistic (integrative medicine approaches for PTSD) to alternative (certified psychedelic facilitator, body code certified).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in making small, incremental changes and tweaks to one's lifes style to help build and create new, healthier habits that will lead to better self esteem and happiness. I enjoy utilizing a lot of CBT and DBT interventions in my practice to help people start to think, feel and act in a way that is more in line with who they are and are in process of.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a safe, open-minded space that gives room for clients to build inner peace and reconnection with self and others. I bring a compassionate, deeply curious, and creative style to this work to help create individualized treatment plans and goals.
