Great to meet you!

Taking the step to enter therapy requires immense courage, and finding a counselor who truly "gets" you is the first part of that journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities, heal from past wounds, and build a more authentic, fulfilling present.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is holistic, deeply person-centered, and experiential. Rather than viewing you through the lens of a rigid diagnosis, I look at your entire ecosystem—how your environment, relationships, and history shape who you are today. I heavily incorporate Gestalt Therapy into my practice, which means we won't just intellectualize or "talk around" your challenges. Instead, we will focus on the here and now, building deep self-awareness, tuning into how your body holds stress or emotion, and safely working through "unfinished business" that might be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are trying to break through long-standing patterns, manage anxiety, or process trauma, my goal is to provide a grounded, collaborative, and entirely non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
