Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Meaghan Lefkowitz, a Texas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and certified life coach with specialized experience in women’s hormone health, art therapy, and children’s mindfulness. I’m also a former Texas teacher with over 15 years of experience and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.

I value connection, communication, and compassion, and I believe we all have the power to create and sustain joy in our lives. My goal is to support clients in building positive self-awareness and enhancing their life experiences.

I welcome every client’s culture, ability, and lifestyle with appreciation and respect. Sessions are available in-office or via telehealth.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, life with my beautifully blended family, and my five wild cats. I love cooking, running, reading, traveling, and all things Star Wars, Marvel, Pokémon, and Harry Potter.

Be well.

My approach to therapy

I offer a personalized, holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique qualities, drawing from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work with adults, adolescents, and families, helping them navigate communication, emotional regulation, personal values, and healing from past trauma.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. My approach is collaborative and holistic, so I want to understand you as a whole person, not just the challenges you’re facing. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
