Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Meara Queen, a licensed psychologist experienced in treating adults with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, family dysfunction, and relationship distress. I also have a special interest in treating sexual wellness and functioning issues. I use an emotion-focused approach and integrate evidence-based therapies using a warm, nonjudgmental approach.

My approach to therapy

I get that you're probably feeling stuck or unsure right now. My specialty is helping client's understand why they are feeling the way they are, so that they can truly move forward. I do this by helping clients understand how to work with their emotions rather than feeling like you have to fight against yourself.
