Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut. I received my Master’s from Adelphi University and have been practicing for five years. I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals in improving their mental health and overall well-being. As a therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and work through emotional or behavioral challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and talk therapy, to help individuals develop the tools they need for emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to support you in navigating life’s difficulties and building a healthy, balanced life.

My approach to therapy

Life can throw us curveballs, and sometimes our thoughts and feelings get stuck in patterns that hold us back. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker I’m passionate about helping people break free from these patterns and reclaim their sense of well-being. My approach is centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a powerful, science-backed method that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or caught in a cycle of negative thinking, CBT offers practical tools to help you create lasting change. Together, we'll explore the thoughts that keep you feeling stuck and work to shift them in a way that empowers you to take control of your life. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your ability to handle challenges and build a mindset that supports your mental health and happiness.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. We'll work together as partners, setting clear goals and finding the best strategies for you. By the end of our work together, you’ll have a toolkit of skills to manage life’s ups and downs with greater resilience and clarity.

Let’s work together to shift your mindset, overcome obstacles, and create the positive changes you deserve.
