Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, non-judgmental therapist who values building authentic human connection. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, and also have extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of challenges. These include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-injury, suicidal ideation, ADHD, OCD, relationship struggles, behavioral concerns, and family conflict. My clients often describe me as approachable, supportive, and relatable. I bring a gentle presence, a bit of humor when it’s helpful, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel seen and heard.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, while integrating other approaches based on what best fits each client’s needs. I believe in tailoring therapy to the individual—building trust, creating insight, and using value-based behaviors to guide meaningful change. I work to help clients develop emotional awareness, increase coping skills, and reconnect with themselves and their goals. My style is compassionate and empowering, and I value curiosity, collaboration, and transparency throughout the therapy process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, along with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to explore what’s going on inside and around them—and empowered enough to move toward the life they want. Whether you’re working through something heavy or seeking support with everyday stress, our work will focus on helping you feel like yourself again—more grounded, confident, and connected.
