Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing both therapy and medication management. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and patterns like overthinking, avoidance, and feeling “stuck” despite knowing their potential.

My approach is supportive but also structured. I don’t just listen—I help you understand patterns, connect the dots, and develop clear, practical strategies to move forward. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel frustrated that they’re not where they want to be, and we work together to close that gap.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and also challenged in a way that leads to real growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines psychotherapy and medication management when appropriate. I focus on identifying patterns—such as anxiety cycles, avoidance, and self-sabotage—and helping you actively break them.

I use evidence-based approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Supportive therapy
  • Behavioral strategies for anxiety and motivation

I believe in:

  • Clear, collaborative treatment plans
  • Practical tools you can use in real life
  • Balancing emotional processing with actionable steps

If medication is part of your care, I take a thoughtful and conservative approach—making sure you understand your options and feel comfortable with your treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive but comfortable conversation where we get a clear understanding of what’s been going on and what you need.

We will:

  • Review your symptoms, history, and current concerns
  • Identify patterns that may be contributing to how you feel
  • Discuss goals for treatment
  • Explore whether medication, therapy, or both would be helpful

You can also expect:

  • A structured session (not just open-ended talking)
  • Clear feedback and initial guidance
  • A collaborative plan so you leave knowing next steps

Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling understood and with more clarity than when you came in.
