Great to meet you!

“ Anxiety, uncertainty, comparison, failure, depression and vulnerability” - most of us spend our lives avoiding these words. Then one day, we are depressed - not understanding how we got there. We become too small because we think that we don’t have control over these thoughts and how they derail our daily lives. The good news is that there is a way to free ourselves from the fear, grief, and, anxiety. I can walk with you and help you become the person you’ve wanted to be for a long time

My approach to therapy

I focus on building rapport to help clients feel comfortable right from the beginning. I am an empathic listener and use different approaches as needed (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and Psycho dynamic approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients expect to be heard, cared and empathized with them. Additionally, they want to gain insights, support to express their feelings and thoughts, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth during sessions with a therapist.
