Great to meet you!

I am a New York–licensed bilingual psychologist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, and questions of identity and belonging. I have a special interest in reproductive and perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and couples through infertility, assisted reproductive technologies, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexities of family-building.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, and multicultural perspectives. I believe our experiences, relationships, and social contexts shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. In therapy, I listen deeply to your story, offer thoughtful insight and feedback, and work alongside you to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and create new possibilities for growth. Together, we will strengthen trust in your own voice and cultivate a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and your hopes from our work together. I'll take time to learn about your experiences, relationships, and strengths while creating a space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll begin exploring how therapy can best support your growth and overall well-being.
