Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, and I consider it one of my greatest joys to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and growth. I believe deeply in the power of hope, especially during seasons when it can feel difficult to hold onto hope for yourself. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and respected.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with Family of Origin Therapy, helping clients unpack and understand the family systems and experiences that shaped them; Attachment Therapy, exploring how early relationships influence the way we connect with others and see the world; and Trauma Therapy. I have also completed EMDR training through EMDRIA and incorporate EMDR into my work with clients when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to achieve through our work together. My hope is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while also feeling safe and supported.

We will work together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be impacting your relationships and well-being, and develop meaningful strategies for creating positive change. I feel honored to support individuals as they develop a deeper understanding of themselves, heal from past experiences, and move toward healthier, more connected relationships.
