PTSD and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

I'm a forest dwelling, northern California native devoted to helping folks rebuild their neural architecture & grow beyond trauma. My professional training includes: Art Therapy, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy & integration, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness/meditation and feminine embodiment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that all good therapy should empower the client via the acquisition of new skills, and that it’s through this process we simultaneously begin to self-heal. My approach draws from Feminist, Depth and Buddhist psychologies and weaves together my expertise in women's issues, intergenerational trauma, altered states of consciousness, flow psychology and dream work. I facilitate empowerment by providing my clients self mastery tools aimed at harnessing both body wisdom & cognition.

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy I'll be your guide & fellow jorneywoman (as I too walk my own path to wholeness). I'm an voracious reader and my clients often say "Therapy with you is like being in a book club." In our sessions you can expect a balance of humor & creative play with real-talk & pointed questions aimed at enhancing/integrating your personal insights. I'm committed to using an integrative approach that recognizes your bio-psych-social-spiritual nature and its profound inner healing intelligence.
