Great to meet you!

To me, therapy is about helping you become the best version of yourself—someone who feels balanced, empowered, and worthy of a fulfilling life. With over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, I bring both a Master of Social Work degree and a deep understanding of how to support meaningful change. Together, we’ll challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, prioritize self-care, and build the tools you need to thrive.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy for adults through a telehealth format that makes accessing care convenient and comfortable. Since no two people are the same, I tailor my approach using evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. Sessions are flexible, evolving to meet your unique needs as we work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring what’s holding you back. Through honesty, compassion, and encouragement, I will help you identify patterns that no longer serve you and help you figure out how to replace them with healthy, effective strategies. Together, we’ll chart a path toward the life you want and deserve.
