Great to meet you!

Hi there. I’m passionate about helping my clients connect with what feels most aligned and true for them—whatever that may be. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your career, navigating relationship challenges, longing for connection, or sensing there’s more inside you waiting to be expressed... I’m here for that. Maybe you’re craving more action, or maybe it’s the opposite—you’re ready to slow down but find it hard to relax or feel balanced.

I offer tools to support emotional regulation, help you put words to your inner experience, and guide you in building healthier relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are, learn about what is most important to you and together but;d a roadmap to discover how to navigate the path to what is most meaningful to you. I help clients befriend their bodies, navigate overwhelm, process fear and grief. I help you understand past traumas and release them. I offer a warm and collaborative space for healing to occur.

What you can expect from me

My approach is to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, what you are singing to feel or discover and create a roadmap to help you move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

I support clients in befriending their bodies, navigating overwhelm, and processing fear and grief. We’ll work to understand and release the impact of past traumas in a warm, collaborative space where healing can unfold.
